When confirming your shipping address, we will use the information provided, and we cannot be held responsible if the details you give us are incorrect. BoxLove Scotland aims to dispatch your products within 2 working days from the date of order; however, during times of high demand, this may take longer. According to the Royal Mail website, the current dispatch time is 1-3 working days. Please note that this is a guide only, especially during the COVID-19 pandemic. We will do everything on our side to send your boxes as per our shipping policy, but there is a possibility that boxes may get lost in the post. If your product hasn't been received within 12 days of ordering, you can contact us at info@boxlovescotland.co.uk to claim a refund or to order a replacement box.
