Our website is powered by Go Daddy. They provide us with the online shopping platform that allows us to sell our products to the public. Throughout the site, the terms “we”, “us” and “our” refer to BoxLove™. By using this website (www.boxlovescotland.co.uk) or purchasing a box from us you are accepting all our terms and conditions, policies and notices written on this page. Please read the below carefully before using our website. 

When confirming your shipping address we will use the information provided and we cannot be held responsible if the information you provide us is incorrect.  BoxLove aims to dispatch your products within 2 working days of the date of order, sometimes if there's a high demand this can be longer. According to the Royal Mail website, current dispatch time is 1-3 working days. This is a guide only and particularly during the COVID19 pandemic. We will do everything on our side to send your boxes but boxes may get lost in the post. If a product hasn't been received by 12 days of ordering you can contact us on info@boxlovescotland.co.uk to claim a refund or order a replacement box.

BoxLove™ will try everything to describe a product in as much detail as possible, if a product has been received and is not as described, we will resolve this issue once the product has been returned to BoxLove™.

Once you have submitted an order for goods, you will receive an e-mail confirming receipt of your order (the "order confirmation"). You will receive a further e-mail from us once the goods have been dispatched from our warehouse; at this point a binding contract will be concluded between us.

There may be typo errors on our website or inaccuracies that relate to our products, pricing or product shipping prices. We reserve the right to correct any of these errors or inaccuracies and we can change or update information, or cancel orders, if any information in the Service or on any related website is inaccurate at any time without prior notice (including after you have submitted your order).

 We currently accept all major credit cards including VISA, MasterCard, AMEX, Discover and JCB. Our e-commerce platform is using Stripe for a trustworthy and secure check out process, making ordering your cards anywhere at any time a simple, safe and seamless experience.
If you create an account and enter your payment details, your card will be stored securely by Stripe so that you can check out on future visits without re-entering your card details.
We never store or have access to your credit or debit card details.
On occasion, Stripe will send the issuing bank a request for either a £0 or a £1 authorisation to verify that the card is issued, and the bank will allow it to be authorised. This is a security measure from Stripe, to ensure that your card is chargeable, and will have no effect upon the overall price you pay for any products you purchase from the BoxLove site or mobile applications. Regardless of whether or not the authorisation is declined, the authorisation request is reversed immediately. However, even if the bank declines the authorisation, some people may still see an authorisation for £1 on their credit card statement. The important thing to remember is that this is not a charge, and it will disappear from your statement; depending on the bank, it will be removed from your statement within a few weeks, if not sooner.

 BoxLove™ is not liable for any consequential damages that result from the inability to use or use of, the materials on this site or the performance of the products, even if BoxLove has been advised of the possibility of such damages. The above limitation or exclusion may not apply to you.
